These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of Quantum Providence at patriots-attorneys.help. By registering an account, making a deposit, investing in a plan, or using any related service, you agree to these terms.

Faith Harvest provides cryptocurrency investment plans. Returns are credited to your Interest Wallet on a recurring schedule defined by each plan. All deposits and withdrawals are reviewed manually by our admin team.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use online investment services in your jurisdiction. You agree that all registration information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your profile up to date.

One account per person is allowed. Creating duplicate accounts, using false identity information, or registering on behalf of another person without authorization may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending requests.

2. Account Registration

To use the platform you must create an account with a unique username, valid email address, and password (minimum 6 characters). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Optional two-factor authentication (2FA) is available in your user panel. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to protect your account.

If you forget your password, contact admin@patriots-attorneys.help. Password resets are handled manually after identity verification.

3. Deposits

Deposits are accepted in cryptocurrency only through the payment methods listed in your user panel:

Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT (TRC20), Litecoin (LTC), Tron (TRX), BNB (BEP20), USDC (ERC20), XRP (BEP20)

• Minimum deposit: $100.00
• Maximum deposit: $5,000,000.00
• Faith Harvest does not charge a deposit processing fee.
• You must send funds only to the wallet address shown on the deposit page at the time of payment. Addresses may change; always copy the current address from the website before sending.
• After sending crypto, submit a deposit request in your user panel with the USD amount, optional transaction hash, and proof of payment (JPG, PNG, or PDF).
• Deposits remain pending until an administrator verifies and approves them. Approved deposits are credited to your Deposit Wallet.
• Network fees charged by your wallet provider or blockchain are your responsibility and are not controlled by Faith Harvest.

Deposits made to an outdated or incorrect wallet address cannot be recovered by Faith Harvest. Always verify the address on the payment day.

4. Investment Plans

After your deposit is approved, you may invest from your Deposit Wallet into one of the following plans. Each plan pays a fixed percentage of your invested amount to your Interest Wallet on a recurring cycle:

• Investment amounts must fall within the min/max range of the selected plan.
• When you invest, the amount is deducted from your Deposit Wallet and locked in an active investment.
• Profits are calculated as: investment amount × plan return % and credited to your Interest Wallet on each profit cycle.
• Profit cycles run automatically while your investment is active. The first cycle begins after the plan's return interval from the investment date.
• Funds locked in active investments cannot be withdrawn until the investment is no longer active or until released according to platform rules.
• Investment plans, percentages, and intervals may be updated by Faith Harvest. Changes apply to new investments unless otherwise stated.

5. Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: $10.00
• Withdrawal charge: $5.00 + 1% of the requested amount. The net amount sent to you is the requested amount minus this charge.
• You may withdraw from your Deposit Wallet or Interest Wallet, subject to available balance.
• Approved KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request is accepted.
• Before you can withdraw, you must refer at least 10 members who each complete an approved minimum deposit of $100.00 or more. Only referrals with a verified approved deposit count toward this requirement.
• Withdrawals are paid in cryptocurrency to the wallet address you provide. Supported payout methods match the deposit methods listed on the platform.
• When you submit a withdrawal, the requested amount is deducted from your balance immediately. The request remains pending until reviewed and approved by an administrator.
• Processing time depends on verification, KYC status, and blockchain/network conditions. Most approved withdrawals are processed as quickly as possible during business hours.
• Faith Harvest may reject a withdrawal if fraud, AML concerns, incorrect payout details, or policy violations are suspected.

6. Balance Transfers

You may transfer balance to another registered Faith Harvest user by username. Transfer charge: $5.00 + 1% of the transfer amount, deducted from your wallet. Transfers can be made from either your Deposit Wallet or Interest Wallet. Transfers are instant once submitted and cannot be reversed by the user.

7. KYC Verification

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting your legal name and a government-issued ID document (JPG, PNG, or PDF) through the KYC form in your user panel.

KYC submissions are reviewed manually. Status may be pending, approved, or rejected. If rejected, you may resubmit corrected documents. Faith Harvest may request additional documentation for large withdrawals or compliance checks.

8. Referral Program

Each user receives a unique referral link in the Referrals section. When someone registers using your link or username as reference, they are linked to your account as your referral.

You earn commission on each approved deposit made by your referrals. Commission is credited to your Interest Wallet automatically when the admin approves their deposit. Your commission rate depends on your total number of registered referrals:

• 0–4 referrals — no commission
• 5+ referrals — 5% of each referred deposit
• 10+ referrals — 10% of each referred deposit

Self-referral (registering a second account using your own link) is prohibited. Spam, misleading advertising, or abusive referral activity may result in loss of referral rewards and account suspension.

Official account-related notices may be sent to the email address registered on your account. Keep your email and profile contact details current.

10. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Faith Harvest may apply AML procedures including identity verification, transaction monitoring, and refusal of service where required. We do not accept:

• Deposits from third-party accounts not belonging to the registered user
• Multiple accounts for the same person
• Transactions intended to launder funds or circumvent withdrawal rules

Suspicious activity may be reported to relevant authorities. Faith Harvest may freeze accounts pending investigation.

11. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency investment involves significant risk. Market conditions can change rapidly. You may lose part or all of your deposited funds. Only invest money you can afford to lose.

Past performance of any plan does not guarantee future results. Faith Harvest is not responsible for losses caused by force majeure events, network outages, blockchain delays, government restrictions, or actions beyond our reasonable control.

You are solely responsible for securing your account credentials, wallet addresses, and personal devices.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Faith Harvest to:

• Commit fraud, abuse referral systems, or manipulate deposit/withdrawal processes
• Provide false KYC documents or impersonate another person
• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform, admin panel, or other users' accounts
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose in your jurisdiction

Violation may result in rejection of pending deposits/withdrawals, account suspension, and permanent ban.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

Faith Harvest may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail KYC requirements, or engage in suspicious activity. Where permitted by law and after review, remaining verified balances may be returned minus applicable charges and amounts under investigation.

You may request account closure by contacting support, provided no active fraud investigation or unresolved withdrawal dispute exists.

14. Changes to These Terms

Faith Harvest may update these terms at any time. Updated terms are posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes may also be announced on the website homepage.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faith Harvest and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to your account shall not exceed the net deposits you have successfully made minus withdrawals already paid to you.

16. Governing Language

The English version of these Terms of Service is the binding version. In case of conflict with any translation, the English text prevails.
